Attorney Mark Dancer Earns Outstanding Development Award Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson Partner Recognized at November 6 Event - 11/10/2008 Mark R. He was nominated for the honor by the City of Traverse City Planning Commission. The 2008 Annual Awards Banquet, hosted by the Grand Traverse County Chapter of Michigan Townships Association and the Grand Traverse County Planning Commission, was held at Gilbert Lodge, Twin Lakes Camp on November 6, 2008. Completed in 2007, the Mid-Block Building is a striking three-story brick-and-glass structure with over 11,000 square feet of commercial space zoned for office, retail or restaurant use. Integrys, a local energy trading company, occupies the top floor of the building. The first floor and lower level are still available for tenants.
