Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson, PLC also represents clients in arbitration proceedings and serves as arbitrators. James A. Christopherson is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also serves on the National Roster of Neutral Arbitrators for both Commercial Arbitration and Construction Arbitration for the American Arbitration Association. In addition he serves as an arbitrator for (1) the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, (2) the National Arbitration Forum and the (3) American Health Lawyers Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. He is also a mediator for the American Arbitration Association, many state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
