DDC Legal Assistant Publisher of Succession Planning Book
Rose Hollander is a legal assistant with over 20 years of experience. She began her practice working with her husband, the late Stuart Hollander, at their successful Leelanau County office in the Depot in Suttons Bay. Rose joined Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson in February 2009, and has worked closely with founding partner Daniel Dingeman ever since.
Hollander gained extensive experience in the field of estate planning, and in her related probate and trust administration practice as she often worked closely with either a surviving spouse or family members after a death in the family. She also has considerable experience in real estate matters, business transactional work, and in integrating a business or family cottage into the estate planning process. She regularly attends ICLE’s Probate and Estate Planning seminars.
In connection with her work in this area, Hollander’s publishing company, Pleasant City Press, produced the book Saving the Family Cottage: A Guide to Succession Planning for your Cottage, Cabin, Camp or Vacation Home, written by Stuart Hollander. She sold the publication rights to NOLO Press in 2008, and is listed as a contributing author on the third edition of the book.
